Who this applies to
These Terms govern your use of the Telegram Mini Apps published by Betty Games, including Betty Scores (@bettyscores_bot) and Avocado Farm (@avocadofarm_bot). By opening one of our Mini Apps, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must meet the minimum age set by Telegram's terms in your country. If you are below the age of majority where you live, you must have a parent or guardian's consent.
Your account
Your in-game account is identified by your Telegram user ID. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your Telegram account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, exploit bugs, or violate these Terms.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to bypass authentication, forge requests, or impersonate other users.
- Don't use bots, scripts, or any automation to play the games.
- Don't try to disrupt the service or interfere with other players.
- Don't use the games for any unlawful purpose.
Purchases — Telegram Stars
In-app digital items (tools, upgrades, etc.) are purchased with Telegram Stars. All purchases are processed by Telegram under Telegram's terms. Items purchased with Stars are digital goods consumed within the game; they have no monetary value outside the game and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash.
Refund eligibility follows Telegram's Stars refund policy. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact hello@bettygames.app and we will help where Telegram's policy permits.
Prizes
Some games include weekly prizes (e.g., 1 TON to the top player of the week). Prizes are funded by Betty Games at our discretion. Eligibility, schedule, and payout rules are described inside the relevant game. We may change or end prize programs at any time. Prizes are paid on-chain to a TON wallet you connect via TON Connect; the wallet address you provide is your sole responsibility.
No gambling, no real-money deposits
Our games are skill-based. You do not deposit real money or crypto into the games. Stars purchases buy digital in-game items only; they do not entitle you to a cash return.
Service "as is"
The games are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any game at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betty Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use of the games.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; for material changes we will surface a notice inside the Mini App.
